Trousdale is the proposal for renovating the existing Mines Wellness Hotel which will offer the new image and also the plat-form to evolve for the future market. As a new destination of Mines Resort & Golf Club, the proposed development will be consisted of high-end residential, commercial, wellness centre and 5 starsboutique resort with the exclusive lakefront view.
The project is positioned as the new catalyze to the overall Mines Resort &Golf Club as,
"The Ripples of Exclusive Hospitality & Living Landscape Experiences"
The architecture built form will be bro-ken down into a smaller terraced with patterned lattice screens facade which interpenetrates into the existing lush landscape and be one of it. The pro-posed building massing also allows the opportunities to create various interesting roof gardens and common spaces, while maximizes the privacy for each type of users.
