Located in Melaka this majestic colonial bungalow is currently in disrepair. Our design team saw an opportunity to developed a scheme which retains the colonial heritage with a modern overlay. We have catered for both formal gatherings around a central courtyard and an orchid glasshouse, while the family everyday life overlooks at the resort style pool and edible garden. The design is intended to allow families to visit the grandparents on a regular basis which reinforces the strength of family bonds through the architectural spaces.
